- Osteopathic Pilates Combo (existing patients only) 1hr appointment combining Osteopathic treatment with Pilates (time ratio to suit individual patient) £56
- All equipment will be supplied by the Practice
- A short medical record will be required to be filled in before a lesson if you are not already a patient of the Practice.
- The ideal clothing for Pilates shows the alignment of the body it should be comfortable and stretchy e.g. leggings, shorts, t-shirts and a pair of socks
